Gold Spike

Good to know

The fine print for a smooth night — entry, cover, and who to call when something goes sideways.

Do I have to be 21 to enter? +

Yes — Gold Spike is a 21+ only venue, at all hours.

What ID do I need? +

A hard copy, government-issued photo ID that hasn’t expired: driver’s license, passport, or military ID. Temporary or paper IDs aren’t accepted.

Heads up: re-entry stamps are invalid after 3 AM, and a Nevada alcohol awareness card is required for entry after 3 AM on Friday and Saturday nights.

Is there a cover charge? +

Cover applies during nightlife hours on Fridays, Saturdays, select holidays, and special events — typically $10 for gentlemen and free for ladies, starting around 10 PM (sometimes earlier).

Locals drink free of cover: entry is free with a valid Las Vegas or Henderson, NV ID. Management reserves all rights.

What’s the dress code? +

Casual but neat. The dress code is enforced Thursday–Sunday and during special events. Skip the following and you’re golden:

  • Overly saggy, baggy, ripped, or torn pants; visible underwear
  • Plain white tees, athletic wear, ribbed tanks, sleeveless shirts
  • Bandanas, group colors, tan work boots, excessive jewelry
  • Political attire

Also not allowed inside: weapons, controlled substances, outside food and drink, oversized cameras, GoPros, selfie sticks, backpacks, or oversized bags. No marijuana products, smoking, or vaping in line. All persons and bags are subject to search.

I lost something. Is there a lost & found? +

There is. Call a manager at (702) 857-4974 or email goodtimes@goldspike.com and we’ll check the vault.

I was banned. Now what? +

If you’d like to dispute a ban, email connect@dtplv.com with your side of the story. Management will review and make the final call.
